1. Introduction and Accessibility Policy

G.T.M General Trading & Service (hereinafter: "the Company"), operator of cocoly.co.il, places paramount importance on providing accessible, equal, and non-discriminatory service to all our customers, including people with disabilities. We work to make the site accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law, 1998, the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013 (in particular section 35), and Israeli Standard 5568 for web accessibility.

The site meets Level AA accessibility under the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines by W3C.

This accessibility statement applies to all pages of cocoly.co.il, including:

• "Skip to main content" link at the start of every page
• Wide click areas (minimum 44×44 px)
• Option to stop automatic animations
• Clear visual focus on every interactive element
• No flashing elements that could cause seizures

3.3 Understandable

• Clear, simple language
• Proper language and directionality (RTL/LTR) declaration
• Forms with clear labels, detailed error messages, and required-field indicators
• Clear, consistent heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3)

3.4 Robust

• Valid, semantic HTML
• ARIA tags supporting assistive technologies
• Full compatibility with modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
• Responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop

3.5 Built-in Accessibility Widget

Every page features an accessibility button in the bottom corner. Through it you can:

• Enlarge font at multiple levels
• Activate high contrast
• Highlight links
• Switch to readable font
• Enlarge cursor
• Stop animations
• Reset all settings

Settings are saved in the browser and persist across visits (subject to cookie consent).

4. Exceptions

• Third-party content (Google Maps, YouTube videos, social media widgets) may not be fully accessible and is subject to their respective providers' guidelines
• Older PDF files — if any — are being made accessible; contact us for an accessible version
• Purely decorative images use empty alt="" per standard recommendations
